I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted.

Karen S was very helpful and jumped to us immediately when we walked in the store. We were only in the store for 5 minutes.

Sales person was very sweet. She was able to answer all questions. Also very friendly atmosphere.

The customer service was fabulous. We went into the store not really knowing what we wanted and she was very helpful in showing me how the starter bracelet with the charms worked. She even showed me how to open and close the clasp of the bracelet which I wouldn't have had a clue how to do if she didn't. Overall my experience was great and I will definitely be going back there.

I visited two different pandora stores before walking in to the bridgewater commons pandora store. They had exactly what i needed and the sales person knew exactly what i was looking for even though I wasn’t calling rhe bracelet by its appropriate name. She even told me about an upcoming sale and kindly explained to me how to latch and unlatch the new bracelet.
