I received a bracelet as a gift at Christmas and it broke shortly after and I thought that since I did not have a receipt it was going to be sent for repair at most. I was so pleasantly surprised when the associate just exchanged it. I was truly happy that it was hassle free and would highly recommend it to anyone. It also saved me time from having to have to go back just to pick up my bracelet.
