The store manager was the one helping me and he was great.

There was a huge line and it was packed! The manager (?) had a tablet and checked everyone in. Despite how hectic it was every sales associate was personable, knowledgeable and polite! I don’t know how they did it, it was overwhelming to watch!

The salesperson Theress was friendly, personable and immediately welcoming. Asked if i wanted a bag. She and her associate bagged my gift card nicely. Also advised to take this survey for an additional $10.00 off the next purchase. Gift is a present for the Vice President. Overall a nice experience at the store

This was my very first experience in Pandora and I was in awe! All the associates were fast and prompt to greet me when I walked in the store but one associate did an amazing job with assisting me find a gift for my aunt. Theress helped me find a beautiful a monogram charm, wrapped my gift up so lovely and even provided a courtesy holiday card to add to my gift. She was very patient with me seeing as I knew nothing about choosing a charm and answered all my questions. Please Thank you again for providing such great customer service!
