Came in and was greeting by a couple staff members, and rapidly assisted. I told the sales rep that i needed a safety chain for my bracelet. She pulled out the drawer and showed me several different styles. I fell in love with the second one she showed me and we put it right on the bracelet. Paid and left the store.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Cintia. I was acknowledged right away and she was so friendly. I told her how I received a gift card last Christmas and still haven’t used it but had my eye on this ring. I saw the promotion Pandora had if you spent $100 or more you get a ring or a pair of earrings for free. She explained the promotion and how can I pass up such offer. I want to commend Cintia for her patience! I didn’t feel pressured and rushed. We kept going back and forth with different rings and earrings and finally decided on a beautiful pair of knot earrings. I will definitely go back and hope she’s still there to help me and I will send my friends and family back to Pandora and look for her. What a vauleable sales associate Cintia is! Thank you Pandora 💍
