I love the quality and the designs which are available. It looks elegant. Each charm is having special moment of life.

There was promotion of a free jewelry box on $150 plus purchase . I made a purchase of around $450 . Technically I should have received 2 gifts. I had plan to make to separate orders but my husband already paid in one order. I would be happy if sales rep themselves have guided my husband or gave us to free gifts

I love it finding the merchandise that I was thinking to buy and the assistance was very good

First on of my charm was scratched then maybe someone could it clean it or something maybe it could come in small plastic bad. So it don’t get scratched maybe it was used. But I was not happy when I saw like that.

knew what I wanted & came in with a list - Service was excellent Pricing was higher than I had expected so I couldn't purchase all that I wanted.

None i was pleased

There was no real structured line order. I was waiting off to the side w:my husband for about 15minutes and not one sales associate approached us to let us know it would be a few minutes etc. while waiting 1 sales associate who had passed us Several times took care of someone else who wasn’t on line. I felt that given the small size of the store the associate should’ve had a better scope of who was in the store waiting to be serviced.
