Because I can’t find the bracelet that I was looking for

I had bought a total of 5 charms in the store two for my mom, and three for me. We both were placed our charms on our bracelet by Olivia at the Bridgewater location in New Jersey, which she was fantastic by the way, the only problem was while I was already at home I noticed my stopper charm had fallen off, I thought maybe it fell in the store I called the store they had said Olivia was gone for the night check back Monday just very disappointed in the quality of the stopper how it fell off right after I purchased it, non of my other charms have fallen off ever.

I purchase almos 7 hundred dollars and I have Pandora credit cards and my birthday pass around a month and I didn’t get any type of percentage or birthday 🥳 % and the lady Monika didn’t know about anything about 10 % percent. Not satisfy

Well it is a pandemic so things are a bit different nowadays. Because of this, going to pandora is quite the luxury since money is tight nowadays but that has nothing to do with the franchise. If I had more of the means to buy the merchandise, I would frequent it more often.

An associate gave my order to another person with my same first name (last name & order# overlooked). The assistant mgr (Timika) on duty did her best to right the mistake of the associate, which was very much appreciated. She said she would do her best, to try to get me the charm that I ordered, which was out of stock when I arrived.
