Pandora Jewelry

I love Pandora and I did have a good experience when going to the store. I was upset though that I made an ordered and later on found out that these items were no longer in stock. I am not sure or it could be in stock when I placed the order but then later on it was discovered these items were not available. I made this online purchase either during the Fridays in November sale and there might have also been the black friday or cyber monday sale. Yes I did get a refund but when I made my new purchase in store yesterday for these items I was not able to use that discount so the purchase was much more expensive than I initially bargained for when I made the purchase during a discounted time.

I was in the store for a while and although the staff was busy I was not acknowledged

When ordered a gold bracelet online as a gift ! They shipped in little charm box. That was so disappointing. Have to go in store and get a box .

I was satisfy we Pandora sales and I will go back again to purchase .

I was satisfied with the product i purchased but not so much with the saleslady Felisha. She was discriminating as soon as i asked to try on something.

Assistant manager was unfriendly and curt.

The charms I was looking for were not in stock and they didn't tell me what charms were on sell.

Manager behind counter did not know the merchandise and Said I was lucky to find the merchandise at Christmas she said all the names of the rings were changed online .I had to download pics to find the merchandise. The salesperson was fine. I almost walked out.not the way a managed should act.Total turn off

One bad apple should not be the effect of a customer returning. My sales associate was not friendly not did she have a customer service personality.
