I found that the complete merchandise line was not displayed well and had to ask for help to find certain items. Also, for me the price was a bit steep. But the sales staff was excellent and knowledgeable.

Store is well maintained and very clean. However need to be more specious. It’s cramped up when you have 4-5 customers in this store. Also I think Pandora should have larger variety in charms as it’s your flagship product. I think you must have charms with birthstone, vibrant color charms etc.

My overall experience was very pleasant. The sales associate Sarah, was nice, attentive, and knowledgeable of the merchandise. Being that it was my first time there I felt very cramped. It wasn’t a lot of space especially when more people came in. Other than the store not having enough room, my experience was great.

Tried to apply for a Pandora credit card and the tablet wasn't working. And then I went to go pay with my credit card and the swiping on the card system was also not working. There has to be to be a better Software System you can use to get customers in and out of your store I less time.

Some of the charms are starting to look cheap...the coffee cup and Ferris wheel are really not up to your standards. I am also interested in a sale charm online but your no return policy makes me hesitant.

Pricing was a little expensive.The closure on bracelet was difficult to close, had to bring it back to be shown how and ended up buying more to get safety and discount.

I had been looking at an offer online, but it wasn't available in store. I frequent the offers - there are beautiful pieces to collect and at a reasonable price. But I still purchased the 'Twist of Fate,' and I am happy with it.

It seems a bit overpriced for what I’m actually getting. The charm bracelets end up costing so much charms. I wasn’t happy with that.
