I got lots of attention. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Nobody was too pushy for me to buy more.

Did not have size needed. Sales person was not very sure on items available.

The store is rather small but I was able to move about with ease. I appreciated that. The store did not have all of the merchandise I was interested in, but to their credit, it was delayed at the manufacturer I was told. Overal experience was positive.

There is always room for improvement

I felt the salesperson was not real knowledgeable about prices.

Overall, satisfied with purchase and sales person. I must say though when I got home my mini in my necklace was backwards and I have a hard time opening the necklace to fix it. I will on my next visit have associate show me how to open. I guess paying more attention to detail. Pandora is one of my favorite stores!

I didn't feel completely welcome bringing my children into the store

I like the stir and the associates are knowledgeable and friendly. However I went to the store with an item in mind and it was out of stock.

I was buying clips for my Pandora bracelet. I don’t have a lot of charms, but wanted to start collecting more and thought I could start off with clips. The sales associate shows me the Clips and was friendly. However, the only thing I wasn’t happy with was that it felt like the sales associate was rushing me. I ended up buying only one clip.

I had just gone in to purchase a polishing cloth at that time. I usually shop here to purchase charms for my silver bracelets, gold bracelet and two tone bracelets so I spend quite a bit here at this location. My only complaint (although a very small simple one) was the sales associate did not put my cloth in a bag and I had to ask for it to be bagged. Instead of putting it in a new green and white bag, she gave me a white bag instead.
