It was during the Holiday week, so the store was busy. We had to wait a bit for a sales associate. It was to be expected since it was the holiday week, but I still felt it needed to be mentioned.

My ring turned a brown color. I was first told by the sales representative that there was nothing that he could do but try and clean it. Which failed. After overhearing another sales representative tell the customer next to me that her broken ring was exchangeable. I asked what was the difference of a discolored ring and a broken one! That’s when the sales representative let me pick out another ring. It cost me an extra $20. For the new ring. Which I would have rather had the same style of my original ring.

I was not highly satisfied because when i entered the store always 1 in a few associate would welcome say hi or welcome to Pandora, while the others would just look at you like you should not be here and they would make themselves occupied by doing something.I find some of them are very races maybe because i'm not white.But i have a darn English tongue cause i was born and raised in British Guyana.Please don't get me wrong the associate that choose to help me were very polite and kind.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a military discount. Pretty much every store has some kind if incentive.

Extremely long wait time due to lack of staff. Probably not the fault of the store since it seems most places are short of staff but this still reflects on Pandora and the experience. I was there after the Christmas Holiday and before New Years and needed to pick up a certain item for a friend. Otherwise, I would have never have put up with the wait and the sale.

Waited in line outside for a long time which I understand but once inside thought would be smoother. The sales person that helped us had no idea what she was doing when checking us out. Instead of asking for help she just helps looking through catalogs trying to find the ring to charge us for. After over 10 minutes I finally asked another associate to help and was finally able to pay and leave. Awful
