I was given the options between the rose gold color, and a silver color for the ring I purchased. I ended up going with the silver, but I was mistakenly given the rose gold one. I will not be returning it because I am happy with the rose gold, and it is on my receipt, but I decided on the silver one initially. Other than that, no complaints.

It took a while of having to get a sales associates attention. I came in looking for one specific item, I showed the associate the picture on my phone. She found it quickly. But the only issues was when I’m being checked out. She pulls up my account... I’m assuming she can see I’ve been a long time employee. She then says “it’s $75, do you have that?” I personally thought this was rude, as did the person with me. It made it seem like I couldn’t afford it. I came in with the webpage for it open. I knew the price of it. Yes I have enough.

I bought from valentine collection and l found something missing in one of the charms that I got and then I went to mall second day to exchange it. I lost my time and I drive like one hour with my baby just to fix that.

Salespersons weren’t knowledgeable about all products. Just pointed to charms in case and walked away. I was the only customer in the store at the time and there were at least 4 employees. Not the service I’m use to from Pandora

I just think the sales person should know a little bit more of when suggesting the product just felt that sales person was just saying yes to everything which it wasn’t helpful just and opinion .. I am a pandora credit card holder so I do shop

The sales associate was helpful but not friendly. She didn’t even smile at me when I couldn’t make up my mind as to what to buy. I was going to buy another item but didn’t like the way I was handled by his sales associate so I just left.
