I have been building a charm bracelet for my wife at this store for years, 3 years in a row the did not have 1 of the items in stock, I needed an initial E to complete initials for my grandchildren. I asked them to please order it for me and they would not, because there was a line in the store.(I also waited in that line!) I had to come home and order it, still waiting for delivery.

The associate looked at me under the eye for being Hispanic. Showed racism and classism by offering me the cheapest bracelet, when I directly asked for the two tone ones.: I didn’t even walk in asking for pricing..: hello?!!?

My associate who was obviously new and short on knowledge asked her teammate , maybe her manager, questions and received basically no help. I was trying to buy several pieces and she kept ringing me up… rushing me out. I ended up with 4 pieces. She handed me the credit card machine and walked away.I stood there waiting for my beg when I realized She had put my stuff in a pandora bag all in one box and just left it on the counter. This was such a bizzare transaction. I felt like I was such an inconvenience to their day. And the funny thing is they don’t even see how unprofessional they were.

The sales associate’s attitude reflected that she did not want to be there. When I asked for a charm, she immediately found it but when asked if it was on sale, she seemed to get annoyed at me and when checking out, she didn’t ask for my email to associate the purchase with me. I asked her to enter my email address and she seemed to get annoyed again. This associated was taking short cuts to get rid of my quickly even though I walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. The store was not busy at the time so I’m not sure why she had a bad attitude with me. Bad experience overall and if I didn’t want the charm so badly, I wpukd have left it there because of her bad attitude.

No order in the store taking care of customers

When I was in the store, I was completely ignored by the two employees in there. They were both working with customers initially, but after one of them was done, they saw me browsing and ignored me and instead of helping me, they went outside of the store to scrape something off of the window. They didn’t ask if I needed help or absolutely anything. After a while, probably 30 mins of me walking back and forth, a nice young lady, tall with blue eyes helped me very much. She was very kind and attentive and gave me some tips on my purchase. It said on her name tag, she was the sales lead although I don’t remember her name. I was about to leave and never return, but she was attentive. Now I know, when those two employees are in the store working, I won’t step foot inside. But if the sales lead who was attentive and kind is working, I will definitely take a peek inside.

Sales person not knowledgeable of items. Also we waited about 45 minutes checking out. When we have the VIP card. Manager was standing right there and never asked or assisted with us checking out. I'm always in this store and have purchased many items. But now I will think twice before going to that location. Which was very convenient for me

Employee was extremely rude as I proceeded to say I wanted to do a return. I changed my mind and told her I wanted to do an exchange and she continued to act as if it was a complete inconvenience to her.

The sale rep wasn't friendly and it felt as if I was a bother to her. I had called to see if the item was in stock and spoke with a very helpful and friendly sales rep. She validated the importance of finding the ring in the correct size, ensured she had it in stock and welcomed me to the store once ready to do the exchange. I was excited to get to the store to exchange an item that didn't fit me that I had ordered online. Once there, the sales rep I did the exchange with wasn't friendly. (It was not the woman I had spoke with on the phone) The only thing she said to me was that she wanted to ensure I knew the sale was now final and could not be returned and that there would be a price increase in the new item. I left feeling uncomfortable and it took away from my new Pandora item. I went home and told a friend how disappointed I was in the customer service. I usually love visiting Pandora. This experience makes me not want to return.

Had to wait outside over 15 mins, not couteous to have an associate step outside so i can come in. Allowed another person who didnt purchase to stay in store while their friend purchased
