i just had to exchange a ring that was on hold but they made me wait for 2 other parties to finish. while they were looking at different charms, it would’ve taken them 2 minutes to get my ring and do the exchange. i ended up waiting 15 minutes.

Wasn’t satisfied because there was only one associate working when I got there. I had to wait 10-15min for the second associate to come in from a lunch break or something to get my purchase.

I wanted a sales item which was not available at the store the sales assistant looked on line for it and told me it was sold out. I went home and purchased it on line myself. The item was not sold out

I felt rushed by the sales associate and she was not very friendly at all. I love Pandora jewelry but most of the sales associates are not friendly and I do not feel welcomed at all. I try to purchase online, but the website is not user friendly and would not allow me to use my Pandora credit card.

Sales associate not knowledgeable She did not know how to put in birthday $10 promo code or even how to look up my Pandora charge card. So called manager onsite did not know how to look up my charge card either. She had to call someone offsite. Transaction took way too long because no one knew what they were doing.

The sales associate was NOT friendly whatsoever. While she was careful to not outwardly be rude she was not warm or inviting. She was actually very short and had a stern look on her face throughout the entire process. I will be more than happy to go back to the Bridgewater Mall in NJ again if I don’t have to deal with the same associate.

The salesperson was not friendly or helpful. She clearly did not want to help us and appeared to be bothered. Weve never received poor service in this store. Very disappointing.

Sales associate was not friendly and in fact acted as though we were bothering her. Getting information about the product we were interested in was difficult. This is the first time we've had this exotic this store. She also dropped the pendant on the glass case instead of placing in lined box. The other sales associate ignored my sister when she commented on new bracelet styles (lost sales opportunity)

This was the 65.00 gift with 100 purchase and I wanted these earrings. It came with only 1 earring which was not what I needed for my two ears. I exchanged it but it took 4 attempts to get what I somehow had to choose. This is the second time I have had an issue with online ordering. for 65.00 I should get two earrings. This was not right. I am not happy with the earrings I chose after 4 attempts to get somewhat what I wanted. Not happy with the resolution either.

I bought a lot pandora things to get the promotion for memorial weekend and the lady do not help me a lot to get it .
