They had several sales people helping customers. A "greeter" met me at the door and logged me in by name. I was a ready buyer eager to spend my hard earned money. Why waste a "greeter" that could easily have handled my purchase? What a waste of staff. Obviously a bone-headed corporate idea created by some executive with a masters degree in business administration with no COMMON SENSE!

Wanted to purchase a ring and was told it was no longer available, it was removed from inventory. When i stated i just saw it advertised in a promotional advertisement did they decide to look it up in the catalog book. I then had to wait 5min each time i needed to try a ring size while they went in the back to bring out the ring

Spent 165 in merch on Friday December 16 No one could connect to server to engrave an item which they charged me for engraving. Told me to come back the next day Saturday December 17th and waited in a long line to be told the engraver was still down Returned in December 18th same thing long line no engraver!!! This is the Bridgewater Commons Store I’m so angry I’m going to return everything for a full refund!!! Terrible service

I was very very very disappointed 😢 that the limited edition Christmas ornament did not include a charm, and it was not at all as impressive as the ones I’ve been purchasing every year since 2014. Very very disappointed and I felt cheated out of a tradition I have been doing since 2014. I still bought the star reluctantly because I didn’t want to break tradition. I hope this is not going to be the new normal for Pandora. And if I may suggest that next year’s 2022 limited edition ornament be a hot air balloon WITH A CHARM INCLUDED. Thank you.

Poor customer service Given incorrect piece/size ordered without verification just placed in bag and given to me. I opened package after it was bagged and given to me while I stood in the mall outside their entrance (unbelievable) and it was not the correct size bracelet

The employee named Natalie kept repeating in her words, “ the cheap oh i mean the low cost” at least more than 3 times while showing me the products assuming me and my boyfriend couldnt afford the products.
