The Assistant Manager looked at the charm and stated the charm was not damaged... it is how the machines polish the charm... this one specific piece was missing the "top layer" the other ones had so I wanted to exchange it. She said, "...but there isnt a problem and they will ask what the issue is..." And I was like there is an issue; the quality control is not to par on what you are stating based on this specific charm. Then we said, ok, instead of exchanging it, we will return it... then it was acceptable to exchange it. The other person who was working there rang us up and she was professional; however, the assistant manager should take some training on how to deal with customers.

Initial sales associate was extremely rude and dismissive to me and also in my granddaughter's presence. I felt she had no patience with finding out exactly what I wanted and thus brush my inquiries aside. She was very harsh with her answers to my questions as if I was a bother. I was forced to ask for assistance from Barbara, the other associate in the store at the time. The only reason I made a purchase at the Pandora was due to my granddaughter's birthday the very next day. I am still upset because I love my Pandora pieces; even started my granddaughter with her set; and to be treated in such a manner.

Sales person was very curt. Unfriendly. It is very overwhelming going to the store. My first time there!! I wasnt sure what I wanted and she seemed in a hurry for me to choose something. She seemed annoyed when I would tell her to show me something else. She should be fired!!!! When I walked in the store sales people were all just satnding around laughing!! I want a job like that!! getting paid to laugh up a storm!!!
