I asked the associate to show me two of the new bracelet styles I was interested in, and she was very courteous and knowledgeable about those bracelets.

A friend of mine were walking in the mall, not shopping. I saw the Pandora store. It was so bright and inviting that we decided to go in. It was 5 minutes to close but the sales associates ushered us in. They did not make us feel rushed. I had been contemplating getting an elephant charm (my deceased sister liked elephants) to go with the daughter and mother charms my cousin purchased (my mother had just passed). I asked the associate for a selection, she presented 3 styles and that was that. I am very please with my purchase! I will be back for a horse next.

Tanica was a pure joy. She was excited to help me. My sister in law had bought me a bracelet already. I was coming into to exchange it and learned it was an adjustable one. She was so amazing, I bought another bracelet and locks for the charm

I love shopping at this store the staff is always friendly,helpful and sweet. This is one of my favorite stores I get ask where I buy my rings and my answer is always pandora at penn square mall.
