I love Pandora. The sales assistance was very knowledgeable and helpful. And friendly.

I had been gifted a charm which didn't fit on any of my existing charm holders because the opening was too small. The Associate was able to find a charm bracelet that was thin enough to accommodate the charm.

I walked right in and was immediately greeted with friendliness. The associates were practicing COVID protocol which made me even more comfortable shopping and the merchandise was beautifully organized so the associate could go directly to what I needed.

The manager was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. I was buying a charm for my daughter's birthday and she helped me with birthday ideas. Very nice and helpful.

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful with what I was looking for and helped me with the selections that were finally made for my charms really appreciate how the employees helped me with my choices.
