I went into my local Pandora store to get my bracelet exchanged for a smaller size. The sales associate, Lesly, went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get what I needed! From my phone call to my arrival at the store she was exceptional. She was friendly, informative and exceeded my expectations. She printed my receipt and had it ready for me when I arrived, helped me get the correct size charm bracelet and showed me new charms that she thought I would like for my collection.
