I was highly satisfied with the cleanliness of the store. Especially with regards to the response to COVID. The spacing out of clients and availability of the associates was good. I didn’t have to wait very long to be helped, and when I was able to see an associate they were very helpful.

There was not a lot of people in the store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They made me feel like I could actually take my time and look at the merchandise because it had been quite a while since I had been in the store.

My sales clerk name was Suelik. She explained the difference between different necklaces and the hoops. She helped me to select the right charms for me in remembrance of my husband. She was very helpful, friendly and lovely.
