In short, Bailey W. #195025 is amazing! She was both personable and professional and an absolute joy to work with. She patiently showed my daughters each bead they were interested in and enthusiastically answered all our questions. As we left the store, I told my girls that Bailey’s conduct was the epitome of how staff should treat customers and , hopefully, how customers should treat staff because she definitely earned the right to be treated kindly. I can only hope that she is on duty every time we visit this store.

The agent listened. She was eager to assist. And completed my order very quickly.

Sabrina was very helpful while showing me the different bracelets that would work for my preschool age girls. She helped me pick out some charms from the Disney Frozen collection and was very patient while I was deciding on which charms to go with. I will most definitely shop there again.
