My friend and I went in on Black Friday. We went late in the day, so it had been an extremely long day for the sales associate. Monica was still very helpful and considerate. She showed us everything we requested plus made some suggestions of her own. I was very happy with her level of professionalism and courtesy.

Adriana was my salesperson and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything. She made the perfect suggestions for what I was looking for and just seemed to know what I wanted. This was my first pandora purchase so I wasn’t exactly sure what to ask. I just asked her how it worked and she took it from there. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received and our purchase!
