First time I have ever stepped into this store and I was highly impressed with the associates, especially the manager Tania who took great care of me and helped me shop without being pushy. The store was very clean and not to overwhelming with their display. Really enjoyed it.

I am new to Pandora, but feel the product is beautiful though a bit pricey. I had the good fortune to notice the $25 off $100 when I was online looking at your product to create a pet memorial bracelet after seeing cremation beads. I found the same offer in store, and between spending time online and at the store looking at charms to build my bracelet, I couldn’t be happier! The sales associate was a joy to work with, as was the assistant manager who had helped me to start my bracelet a few days before.
