Kristina was great! This was my first time ever in your store. She helped to select two items for two different people and gift wrapped this nicely. She was so patient as I changed my mind after she had already packaged one. She’s a winner!

The Lady who waited on me was very cordial. I did not know a lot about all the different type of products but she did. Her consideration was apparent she listen to what I wanted and went to work taking care of my decisions.

The customer assistance received by Shayla was exceptional and Lesly helped me find a charm that my Mom had given me long ago, with a very emotional attachment and sentimental value. The service provided by these 2 associates was over and above expectations. I went in upset with Pandora and deciding I'd never shop there again, but after dealing with Shayla and Lesly, my faith in Pandora was restored. They had patience to reposition my bracelet and Shayla really knew the product! Lesly was extremely knowledgeable and her expertise and compassion saved the day. I can't thank them enough! I will refer and bring as many people as I can to this Penn Square Pandora. Lesly and Shayla are superstars in my opinion!!!

I came without my invoice they just looked up my order history and i was able to return and exchange my defective product very quick. Sales agent was able to help me plan what i am going to purchase next. And she is very courteous and helpful
