Lesly is the assistant manager and I come in all the time so all the sales associated know me really well. They know that I love anything sapphire or rose gold so they always try to show me anything new.

My sales associate, Samantha R, was very knowledgeable on the variety of the products offered by Pandora and their availability. When the quantity of the gold safety chains were no in stock, Samantha took the initiative to not only pursue order but enable me to take full advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free items. I previously thought I had experienced great savings during the tiered sales in March 2019, I hit the jackpot with this buy 2 get 1 free offer as I bought equal value gold safety chains, which I not only needed for my six bracelets but capitalized on the offer.

The workers where super nice and friendly Lesly redesign my charms on my bracelet she awesome and Shayla customer service was wonderful thank you ladies I will return very soon.

Samantha R. was a great salesperson. She was a big help. I showed her pictures of the charms I needed and she knew exactly which ones were available. She checked me out quickly and boxed the charms nicely for my daughter's birthday.
