The staff in the store were knowledgeable and friendly. We were shopping for a promise ring. The selection of rings was good with prices lower than diamond jewelry stores.

As soon as I walked into the store, Tania S. greeted me and was very pleasant. She listened to what I was looking for and was able to help guide me towards some charms for for a bracelet. While the specif thing I was looking for, Pandora doesn't make, Tania asked why I was looking for that particular item, I explained the meaning behind what I was looking for and she helped get something extremely close and yet had the same meaning. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the Pandora line and how extremely customer friendly she is.
