The sales assistance was very helpful, really willing to help and provide assistance during our purchase process.

Upon arrival both sales associates greeted me with a warm welcome. They were excited and very helpful to me. Barbara B is the lady who actually helped me after the warm greeting. She showed me the new spring line, offer me the opportunity to open a charge account and also helped with the reason for me stopping by.

The Employees were very sweat and kind. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Found the bracelet I was looking for

I was immediately welcomed and aided by Allison, who demonstrated great knowledge of the many Pandora charms. She proceeded to aid me in not only finding the charms I sought but provided great recommendations, many of which I chose. She then proceeded to add the charms to my seven existing bracelets with a keen knowledge of where their placement best fit among my existing charms.

Allison was very knowledgeable & could recommend best charms to add to my existing collection of bracelets.

I was highly satisfied, because there were many options. Also because it was very clean around the store. The staff was very nice and freidly!
