Laura, the assistant manager is the salesperson I had and we connected because of our loved ones being in the arm services. I had several ideas for a Christmas gift and she showed all I wished to see. I purchased it and asked to see a reflection bracelet and again we tried on two different sizes for me to choose. This purchase was for me and she was so excited for me. I bought the bracelet and a charm and love it. I feel like we made life long friends. Never had a salesperson ever treat me like Laura did.

I decided to go during the “Black Friday” sale, and for it being so crowded I got exactly what I wanted. There was a kind women taking names to add to the waiting list. She said it would be about a 10 minute wait, it was a little longer than that however, I did not mind because it gave me more time to look around. The sales associate was Donna I believe, and she was very kind and wanted to get the perfect size for my finger.

I always enjoy my experience at the Pandora stores. Even though the Associates had to work on Thanksgiving Day, they were kind, courteous and very attentive. I went in for one charm and ended up with three:)! Great Job !!!!!
