Okay so I was returning a bracelet and before the associate Donna actually talked to the manager she was telling me that the bracelet I was returning looked worn and I had just took it out of the box and put charms on it to see if it would fit. She kind of really upset me with the way she handled it. She should have asked the manager first if they could take it back. It took me a while to calm down, I was so frustrated. And it wasn't the first time I had a problem at that location. Luckily Tania the manager came over and said everything was alright and they'd exchange it. She was amazing and I will return because of her. She is really great at her job!

I was waited on by Tania the manager and she is always very friendly and helpful. She always points out any sales, promotions or special items.
