Love the staff there; they put up with my husband making careful selections for each of the 3 daughters and myself. They always have ready suggestions for additions and ways to remember special occasions.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted with friendly smiles by every associate whether they were assisting customers or not. Katrina welcomed us and helped us find the exact ring we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the rings and even upsold us on a stackable to go along with the original ring. She was amazing and when I go back I’ll definitely ask for her assistance.

The sales associates were very courteous and maintained a professional demeanor throughout my visit. Laura, who was assisting me, asked questions to help her understand what I was looking for and was able to make appropriate suggestions based on her knowledge of the available merchandise. I felt well understood and that she was sincerely interested in my satisfaction.
