I was helped well. The store was very clean and samantha the person who was helping me was very informed over the products

The sales associates were very accommodating and gracious even while I tried to manage my two-year old grand daughter who wanted to touch all of the charms!

Jessica, Sam, Tania, and Lesly were amazingly friendly. They listened to my wants and made gray recommendations. I love walking in and seeing all their smiling faces.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember my name. They are very good about letting me look around; I like to look at displays, styles, the "book", etc. and then I'm ready to be assisted with examining more closely the pieces of which I have interest!!
