The staff is superb in their knowledge as well as helpfullness. I always return to my Pandora store because of this! My absolute favorite salesperson was busy with another customer. That is my only con about my experience! Lol (Katrina)

The staff was very knowledgeable and they were fimilar with my wife and what she likes. My wife currently owns 5 rings, 4 bracelets, 1 long pendent, over 50 charms, 4 safety chains, 8 spacer basically my wife is invested in Pandora.

I was helped right away upon entering the store. The sales rep was pleasant and friendly. She new the products and helped us to quickly find what we were looking for. Overall a very satisfactory experience!

This store is wonderful and we love the sales staff; they make the purchasing process for my husband great as he is buying for 3 daughters and myself. I need to exchange a defective clip and it was absolutely painless to take care of this issue!
