The staff is always very helpful in suggesting merchandise and how to put charms and spacers together. The store is always neat and clean and everyone is always so nice.

I was met by a most courteous sales representative. I made my preferred selections known and she quickly found the charms that I wanted. She also cleaned an existing Pandora bracelet while I continued to consider my options. My granddaughter was with me and she looked at the ring selection. She was a little disappointed in the available ring sizes (as she lives in another state & doesn't have access to Pandora stores). The "pinkie" ring size she needed was a 3 to 3 1/2 and nothing was available in the store. Otherwise I would have made another purchase in addition to the charms I selected. I was very pleased with my shopping experience.

My salesperson was very knowledgeable and made some good suggestions for my purchase. She was friendly, took her time with me, and really listened to me. She also shared an upcoming event that will be happening next week so I'll definitely be back for that one!

I went in the store to buy a nice charm bracelet for my bride-to-be. Katrina did an excellent job of asking questions and making suggestions based on what I told her. I definitely will be back in a couple months to add another charm to my future wife's bracelet. Great job, Katrina!

I had broken the clasp on my bracelet and brought it in for repair. Very friendly greeting, but they kept asking me how long had I had the bracelet. explained to them it was a gift from a friend and was unaware of any type of warranty or replacement. all I know is I really, really missed wearing my bracelet. to my surprise they did an even exchange and my new one is under warranty now and I am very happy I'm wearing my bracelet again.

Laura assisted us, she is super knowledgeable on the product's. Has great ideas for what goes together. And is a salesperson who I will seek out upon returning to this store.
