Lesly was very nice and funny if it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have bought anything. 5 out of 5 for customer service. Also I'm only 20 and normally don't feel like I'm being taken seriously when I look around at jewelry store but with Lesly this was not an issue.

I needed to exchange a bangle that broke. The sales associate quickly found the same bangle in the right size and made a quick even exchange. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The store was very busy but that didn't effect my exchange process.
