Donna who helped us we every pleasant. She was the only person in the store who spoke to us. The young girls working were to busy talking to each other. The store was very nice and we purchased the ring we went to purchase and left. I had a feeling if Donna wasn't working we would had had to ask for help.

I am a male and the lady that assisted me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She went above and beyond helping me with ideas and giving me options for my purchase.

The ladies were very friendly, it was a very slow night at the mall and I was the center of their attention.

They sales personnel, Katrina & Tania, were extremely helpful, friendly, & courteous. They were so helpful with selections for me & designing what I wanted. They truly made my experience while shopping at Pandora a worthwhile & very enjoyable/fun time!

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful without being aggressive or overbearing. She searched the whole store for my size in the ring I was looking at purchasing, and when they didn’t have it she offered to order it to the store for me. Very satisfied.

I was highly satisfied with my visit at the Pandora boutique inside Penn Square Mall due mainly in part to the excellent customer service I received. My sales associate was Priscilla and she was very patient with me and had no problem showing me anything I asked for. I especially enjoyed the large section I had to choose from. I plan on visiting again soon for Valentines Day and I can't wait to see the friendly faces at Pandora.

The face that the woman I gave this necklace to gave me when she opened the box, lit up the entire house. Knowing something so small could light up a dark room, really makes you appreciate the small things in life. The necklace I picked out matches the promise ring I bought for her Christmas 2016 which makes it all the more meaningful.

I love Pandora Jewelry and have been a Pandora fan for many years. This location is the first Pandora store I have lived by (usually I shop online or at retailers that carry Pandora jewelry) and I am never disappointed when shopping here! Laura was my sales associate and she was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had recently sold out the size of ring I wanted and she helped me find another option that I am equally, if not more so, pleased with!
