The staff was very friendly and helpful. The quality of the jewelry is fantastic. I have shopped here before and love the items purchased.

I will share more later. My girlfriend was able to bring in the ring I purchased for her, which appeared to have some form of manufacture defect or other, and she was wonderfully attended to. Your staff was apparently quite cordial and professional, and took care of the product error immediately. Very pleased with your customer service.

the sales associates are the most friendly of any store in which I shop, as well as most helpful. They appear to be friends and join in helping the associate helping me. I am also proud of the jewelry I have purchased. At the age of 70, I am sorry I didn't shop at Pandora sooner.
