The manager of this store was amazing. I don't remember her name, but she has super dark curly hair that was up. I never leave feedback anywhere, but she really impressed me. I had a ring that had been scratched up for the second time, so coming into the store I wasn't too happy. But, she happily exchanged my ring, made friendly conversation, was super knowledgeable about the products, interacted so well with customers, but especially with coworkers, and made our visit so nice. The credit card machine took literally forever to go through, but even then I wasn't upset or irritated in the slightest simply because her customer service was so amazing!! I value customer service over anything else when shopping, and she went above and beyond in the littlest things!!! So impressed! Her bubbly spirit was contagious and didn't just make me leave thinking highly of Pandora, but also made my day brighter!!! Every employee should take notes from the way she interacts with others and the way she does her job.

Tania, the manager waited on me and she was super nice and knowledgeable. She was willing to show me different things and give me time to decide.

The staff is always pleasant, the store very clean. This makes my shopping experience wonderful.
