As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Katrina. She was patient and made me feel like I could take my time not only to browse but also to make my selections. Katrina made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchases.

Sales staff is wonderful and they are gracious as my husband selects the perfect charm/gift to add to the 3 daughters stash of Pandora! They have gotten to know him and assist with the selections!
