Went in for a build a bracelet promotion, but there was only a very small selection of charms we could choose from. Spent over $400 and couldn’t even get the discount. I should have ordered online instead

I was very excited to go visit the store and select a ring. I have never owned a piece of Pandora before. This was my first time to visit the store. I made a special trip to the mall for this. I found the jewelry to be beautiful! However, the ladies working the store that day were not great customer service! They barely acknowledged me . I told them what I had come to look at but they did not assist me. It was very strange. I was thinking what is going on here? Why won’t they show me any jewelry? We stood at the counter quite awhile until my daughter finally asked if we could please try on a ring. I quickly tried on 3 rings and made my purchase. I think my ring is beautiful! I love it! But, the customer service in that store is seriously lacking. I even asked about the care/maintenance on my ring and the lady just changed the subject and made a comment that didn’t even go with my question. My daughter and I just looked at each other like”what in the world?” Overall, love my ring but they took the fun and enjoyment out of my purchase. I do have to say that I definitely did not buy something because I was pressured to! I hadto pressure them into selling me something!!!

It’s Christmas shopping season, I get it. Salesperson’s not watching pieces as they show them. Watched as 2 women would keep asking to look at charms. Salesperson would go look, leaving other charms out within reach of the ladies. I watched as one was placing the items in the others pocket or purse. Notified salesperson helping me she notified supervisor, but didn’t stop the person with the actual merchandise leave the store and hurry out. It was upsetting, because I work hard for my money and watching someone get away with probably over $500.00 in merchandise was disheartening. Need to better train salesperson’s.

She was slow and treated me like I was a thief or didnt have money to spend in your store. Every thing was locked under glass and I wasn’t allowed to touch anything. Overall the entire store staff felt extremely unfriendly

There was only one employee on a Saturday around 12pm and 5 groups of people who needed assistance. The employee was working as fast as she could, but can only help one customer at a time. That is frustrating especially when I knew what I wanted. I felt sorry for her. She did a GREAT job though!
