Limited choices.

The only reason I wasn’t HIGHLY satisfied is because of how busy the store was. I did have a little trouble finding a sales associate.

The sales associate was not knowledgeable about products. Limited availability of products. Lastly was almost given the wrong product

The air inside of the location was not working, making the shopping experience quite unpleasant and rushed. The associates did their best. The items are always nice, but viewing the items in such a small location can become very tedious and takes away from the overall intimate experience of viewing/ selecting charms.

The sales associate wasn’t very familiar with products. The sales associate questioned an offer I received via email from Pandora. Lack of available products

I made a purchase yesterday of a ring I really liked and I’ve been wearing it today only for it to turn my finger green. I didn’t pay $120 for a cheap ring to turn my finger green. From a store that supposedly has good quality it’s quite ridiculous.

I don't like the waiting to be seen and i understand covid regulations also i went to have a bracelet cleaned and you only do them on Mondays which is an unconvinced. I was very satisfied with my serivece

Every thing went well.

Did not have any problems. I was just satisfied with my experience. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the jewelry.

Was able to find what I was looking for with the help of the very nice sales associate
