I think I messed up

He was nice. We liked visiting the store. I wish Pandora makes some of the charms I preferred.

I like to look at things myself instead of just having certain things picked out for me to look at.

I like it

Quality could be better for the price.

It took a little longer than normal to assist us. Understandably a busy time to shop, but there was 1 lady who was with another employee & when she was done, she left. It would've been better customer service if she would've said someone will help us in a moment instead of just walking away.

I went for a Murano glass charm, there was only two left in the store and being that they are Marranos they did not match. One having large butterflies and the other one small. The sales associate did not offer to order more for me or to try to Assist Any further. I just bought one charm from the Last chance selection.

I had to purchase a new bracelet because a piece got lost from my previous bracelet instead of being able to just purchase the part.

I was satisfied but I’m not from this area or live in this state, my sales associate was phenomenal, we laughed and was very pleased with the service. We were in and out. Very pleased

Pandora employee's gave great service. Highly polite to their customers. Emloyee's were very helpful.
