kATRINA WAS WHO HELPED US OUT AND SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE LIMITED SELECTION OF CHARMS FOR THE BRACLETS. OVERALL, HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

Rep was quick to assist, but didn't seem genuine. She focused more on the upscale instead of listening to our need.

My sales person was beautiful billy her nails were distracting. Super long. It was sometimes difficult for her to navigate.

I told the lady that I’m highly allergic to copper and I got copper in my ring which the lady told me no copper was in it so now my finger is swollen and I’m taking it back which I’m disappointed because it looks like the promise ring of my dreams

My husband purchased me a ring size 7. I asked him to exchange for 8 because I’d wanted to wear it on a different finger, but sales associate said they don’t make size 8. I’ve never heard of a company not making a size 8.

The traffic at Penn Square Mall is horrendous year round. You closed the only other store in OKC, which was at Quail Springs Mall. What you should have done is given Penn Square Mall the finger and kept the Quail Springs location instead! It took me 30 minutes just to find a parking place, and then another 30 minutes to get back out onto the street due to the horrendous traffic and moronic design of the mall parking areas! I will NOT return to this mall ever. I will be forced to either purchase online or at a local jewelry store instead.

They did not carry the size ring I wanted and the first sales associate seemed rude.

It was average customer service that I would expect for a store of that caliber. "Highly Satisfied" would be equal to the service I receive when I shop at Tiffany. The charms were limited and the saleslady didn't go out of her way or over the top to locate charms I was looking for.
