It was ok.

The Staff was friendly and had great customer service skills. I was satisfied with my Pandora experience. There was a brief time when I was looking at charms that the manager in the store was asking the sales person questions. I would have been happy for her to wait until my shopping experience was over. I was the only one in the store & felt the manager could have waited.

There are few on sale charms. Shop is far from my place. Staff didn’t tell me about 10% discount

I like different colors of pandora charms. They are can mix-match with each other, so can match my different style. And the charms has its own meaning, so it is a good gift for others

The store has been remodeled in a not so much Appealing way, the seats are dirty (stained and should be cleaned more often). Also need a better way of showing the product, I really liked when the charms were shown on a stick rather than on the hand (it makes me focus on the salesperson’s manicure rather than the charm).

Associate could not show me trays in collections such as nature, or touch of color. She stated store is no longer set up that way. I think that is a mistake. Also several items I was interested were not available. Associate seemed new and not as well trained or knowledgeable as others I have dealt with in the past. But pleasant and helpful.

I dealt like the salesperson was pushy. She kept asking if she should add it to my sale. I bit too much for my budget.

Knowledge of assistant

So I have three Pandora bracelets and I chose to put my Pandora charms on a non pandora bracelet because it was larger. I do not think that the associates should keep telling me that my bracelet itn't pandora. Allison told me it wasn't Pandora this time. It has happened at the Quail store as well. I did not care that it isn't. I didn't realize that there was a rule against putting charms on another bracelet. At first, I did not think anything of it because I thought my boyfriend had bought it at Pandora. He had just bought me a non pandora disney bracelet because I like disney. Then, I had thought my bracelets were fake and I actually told my boyfriend that it was and he was not happy. He did buy my bracelets from Pandora, just on the internet. I told my friend that worked there and she said they were real. Anyways, please just tell the associates not to rub it in people's faces. I can use whatever bracelet that I want to use. I realize that they may have been trying to make a sale, but it came off very rude and I spend a lot of money there and don't appreciate being treated like that.

I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but I did find something which will work.
