There were not enough associates for all the Christmas traffic in the store. Had to wait 10 minutes before and associate noticed us.

No help offered. Seemed like I was ignored, never greeted, no one acknowledge me. Even as I searched the merchandise, never acknowledged. Not very busy at the time. Seems like if you are dressed up or look like you have money. Someone was able to help you quickly. If not you are not important. Finally someone greeted, my husband and I was able to get the help needed to make my purchase. The associate who helped us was very friendly.
