This visit was fine and I knew what I was looking for and didn't need much assistance. However, this store has a lot to prove to me! I haven't shopped there in several years because of the terrible service I received about 3 or 4 years ago. I ended up leaving the store in that occasion and not spending the money I had set aside just for a new leather bracelet and a new bead. I work in the mall and had always enjoyed the convenience it provided for me but every time I would see her, I remembered how she treated me and never wanted to spend my money there. I chose to try again, but I will never let that particular associate help me. I don't even know her name but she has short, straight red hair. I've been in retail for almost 30 years and hope that I haven't ever made a client feel the way she made me feel. I told many people how terribly I had been treated whether they asked me about the store or not. Because of this I was reluctant to spend any money there again. The service I received from Donna was perfectly fine, but I'm slow to trust that it will continue if I were to get a different associate. This store has a lot to prove to me.

The associate could have been more interactive. She had negative facial expressions when I would ask to see something. While paying the cashier was have an ongoing conversation with the manager.

It was a very busy evening, but staff was standing and monitoring customers. I was standing with family, and had to go ask for assistance.

The store is a little crowded that’s it. Everyone was very nice and knew exactly what I wanted. They knew their store.

I like the store at Quail Springs more. The staff who assisted me did not know anything and had to ask someone else everything. Some of them seemed confused and were always looking for an iPad.

New associate did not have knowledge on all pandora discontinued items her energy level was very low nice enough but did not make me feel valued for coming in to the store

It was Black Friday so I am not sure if she was stressed out maybe but wish there was more communication, need to return ring now for another size as the whole time I was trying on wrong hand :(

The earrings i got is from the display. The sales lady who assisted is very sweet and but we had a hard time finding what i need. I had a veteran discount that my husband mentioned but i forgot after i paid. Nothing was offered to get that fixed. I got what i needed on that transaction - a gift for my sister. I got me a pair of earrings frkm the display although it was cleaned. I just felt like there are no other selections from the store just like before.
