I had previously ordered some charms for my daughter. And I ordered a bracelet. But the bracelet was the wrong kind The salesclerk, Driana W. was very helpful and creative with a different type of bracelet for my daughter's 22 nd birthday. Awesome Job!

The service was fast . The staff was super friendly. The store had a great environment .

A couple ladies helped me. One sized me and the other cleaned my bracelet and sole me a ring. They were both amazing and helpful. I believe Taylor was my main girl and she gave me info on how to keep my pandoras from tarnishing so quickly. She was great!

I placed an online order but it wasn't ready when it said it would be. The store representative was able to place a new order and cancel the online order so I was able to leave with what I needed
