Lack of staff to assist Felt rushed due to the lack of staff A/C in store was not working therefore a standalone system that was very loud, made it unpleasant to focus on product in store.

I bought a pandora that is supposed to be gold plated on sterling silver. It's only been 4 months with it and it already smells bad, smells like nickel, and it is dark. Sadly this was a gift I gave to my mom for Christmas which I am disappointed I did, but thinking that I have been collecting pandoras since 2014, and have not had a problem with the silver ones, she wasn't going to have a problem either. Sad pretty sad from Pandora company to treat me this way after being a long term customer.

I bought a bracelet and have only worn it twice. The clasp bent. I was told when I bought it that there was a warranty and if anything happened it would be fixed or replaced. This is my second Pandora bracelet. I took it in today to have it looked at and was told it was fine. And that if I wanted to have it repaired I would have to take it to a jewel key repair shop. I was told the warranty is on the stones only. The clasp is hard for me to open and close. The sales girl told me there was nothing wrong with it and said I could buy a clasp opener, but that she opens hers with her fingernail. My daughter did buy me a charm for my birthday during this visit, but I am not happy about the clasp issue.

I went to return/exchange a product but Pandora refused to give me store credit and forced me to spend that amount immediately or more because I wasn’t allowed to leave otherwise.

2 clerks actively waiting on customers. 1 person "taking names" for customers to be waited on next. The 3rd. person could have been waiting on customers to speed service along. VERY inefficient setup in my opinion.

Sales associate lied. It took me to look in a book of braclets to find what i wanted. Kept trying to take me out my comfort zone.
