I experienced an unfriendly service this time at Pandora. It seemed like sales assosicates didn't gladly assist me. One was on the cell phone at the counter; One, Jamie, assisted me with an unfriendly attitude. She didn't even want to do whatever I asked for just like trying to have a charm on the bangle to see how it looks. I didn't ask her to put up any charm on the displayed tray but she quickly did. At the bottom line, I I'm definitely not coming back if it's not Pandora or if Pandora designs are not what I'm interested in. My experience of this visiting time is more likely to get out of the store at the first place of assistance.

Recently, I've been traveling for work. Every time I go somewhere new, I stop by the local Pandora to buy a city/state/regional themed charm for my partner. When I walked into the store I noticed two sale associates, one was helping a customer and Tanica was available. I walked up and said I'm looking for a NC charm. Oops I had just come from NC and quickly said an OKC charm. She asked if I knew how Pandora worked. I informed her I had an account and had many Pandora stores near my home. She asked where my bracelet was and I stated I did not have a bracelet, that this was to be a gift for my partner. After stating this her whole demeanor changed. She quickly pulled out two options and I choose the heart variation. Again, while packing the charm I stated it was a gift and I would like the bag sealed. She gave little to no effort to seal the bag. In fact it popped open before I could leave the store but her attitude and demeanor was so putting off I choose to leave. The other sales associate was finishing up with her original client and Tanica had turned her back to myself and guest. I would not recommend this location. I may take a break purchasing from Pandora all together.

The sales associate was not kind. She rushed me the entire time and did not measure my finger correctly either. I was forced to come back and exchange the ring however, the representative that helped me when I came in the second time was so kind, super helpful and the reason I would go back to this store.

Ashley did not give good service. We needed to exchange a birthday gifts she made us feel like we hadn’t purchased the jewelry and was acting upset that we needed to exchange. We also was going to purchase more jewelry. Highly disappointed in our experience the 2nd visit.

I recently visited the only available mall where the store was located within 100 miles of my location. It is located in a mall I was recently was in while there was an active shooter. I did not like returning to this mall but I had to because it was the only store around. While walking in already unhappy to be there, we were greeted and then completely ignored. I simply needed a ring in a size 6 and it would've taken 2 minutes in total to help me. I stood in the store for over 20 minutes and there were only 2 other customers in the store. The woman that helped us was rude, sighed the whole time, her open-toed sandals were unzipped completely in the back, and she just overall was not helpful. It also took her 6 tries to scan the correct barcode after finally helping us.

The price shown in case$150.00 was not the price I paid $175.00. Looked like the old bait and switch to me.

I came in, met with an associate who helped me pick out an engagement present for my wife (following day) who is 9 months pregnant. The associate set up an account for me with my cell phone. The next morning I presented my wife with her anniversary gift. The box I received from the store was empty, missing the charms I had purchased. Definitely a disappointment but I can understand that people make mistakes. I proceeded to go back to the store first thing so I could get the charms. As I walked in they said “you are the one with the missing charms right?” I was surprised they knew who I was before I said anything. They said they realized it last night. I asked them why they didn’t call me. They knew this was an anniversary gift yet did not make an effort to inform me of their error.
