The two sales associates I met at the Pandora store in penn square mall Oklahoma City were extremely kind and knowledgeable. The offered to clean my bracelet, helped me get a new charm and I love that they take the bracelet on and off my wrist for me! They were EXTREMELY kind to my 2 year old and 1 year old I was shopping with. These days customer service is a dying art but my experience was incredible and left me smiling and excited to come back!
