Adande was very helpful and patient. I could not decide which charm I wanted. I saw a line forming outside the store and I told her she can help the next customer. She said No, I am here to help you and you take all time you need. Which nowadays you do not see. She even waited for my husband to come into the store to help me. I definitely appreciate her customer service.

The sales associate was pleasant and at least 3 of them invited me in. They assisted me in choosing my bracelet and i love the merchandise.

I just wanted to say that Jonathan is super sweet and very attentive. He made to make sure that I was leaving as happy as possible and I really appreciate him for going that extra mile and ask if my bracelet need cleaning. Which I haven’t been asked at other pandora stores!
