I looked on line at Pandora.net before driving to the store. I called the store to see if the charm was in stock. The salesperson was very helpful and put it aside for me to purchase. When I arrived the charm was ready for me to purchase and I purchased another charm for myself also. The store is bright and clean. The saleslady was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the store's merchandise. It was a pleasure to shop at this Pandora store.

Paige was the best, she clean about 30 charms and 2 pandora bracelets and a necklace so fast and showed me how to clean it. Also make suggestions for my purchase for my daughter and me.
